If you ever have to return an item purchased through OneSource IT, ePlus will make every effort to accommodate your needs, subject to vendor and manufacturer guidelines.
To return an item, you must first obtain an RMA number from ePlus. All items covered by the RMA must be returned, and only those items can be returned. Unopened products may be returned for any reason; a restocking fee may apply. Products that have been opened and found to be defective may be returned for repair or exchange in accordance with manufacturer policy. ePlus honors all manufacturers’ policies regarding product warranties.

To return an item:
1. Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. All items covered by the RMA must be returned, and only those items can be returned. Either:
Click on Customer Service in the Main menu and then click on the online form link at the bottom of the Customer Service page to submit your RMA request online.
Contact your ePlus Sales Representative directly to request an RMA number.
2. After you receive your RMA number, return your merchandise to ePlus within the RMA validity period (typically no more than 30 days). Be sure to allow for shipping time; ePlus must physically receive the returned merchandise within this period.
ePlus will mail you any credit owed to you for returned merchandise unless you make other arrangements. For more information, contact your ePlus Sales Representative.
All items in the OneSource IT catalog are covered by their manufacturer’s warranty. You can purchase support packs to extend the manufacturer's warranty. ePlus manages the initiation and ongoing maintenance of this critical process to ensure quality and availability of support.
