System Requirements

As a hosted web-based application, OneSource IT does not require you to install any software on your local computer. Using OneSource IT requires only a standard browser (Microsoft IE or Mozilla Firefox) and access to the Internet. For best performance, we recommend that your computer meet the following requirements.

Hardware Requirements

• 800 x 600 minimum screen resolution (1024 x 768 recommended)

Security Features

OneSource IT uses 128-bit encryption to protect your transactions. In addition, your OneSource ID is your email address and cannot be changed. That measure of security, as well as strong password protection, ensures that no one else can access your account.

Terms and Conditions of Use

You may be required to read and accept the OneSource IT Terms and Conditions before you can use OneSource IT. You may also be required to read and accept the Terms and Conditions after each OneSource IT update. To view Terms and Conditions, click the Terms and Conditions link in the OneSource IT Header menu.

Your ePlus Sales Representative is your primary contact for any question you may have about OneSource IT.  When you're logged in to OneSource IT, your assigned Sales Representative’s contact information is displayed in the Main Menu on the left side of the OneSource screen.
